Graduate of the 91桃色, Faculty of Management, majors in IT in Management and Business Management. Completed postgraduate studies: Academy of Managerial Competences at Leon Ko藕mi艅ski Academy in Warsaw and Coaching and Mentoring at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the 91桃色.
He started his professional career at Nordea Bank Polska, in the Credit Service Division in the Monitoring Department. He is currently managing teams and projects in the dynamically developing Nordea Operations Centre in 艁贸d藕. He is involved in the migration of business processes from Scandinavia by defining project objectives, building teams, selecting performance measures, improving the effectiveness of communication channels and creating an open feedback culture. He implements projects based on Lean management and IT and supports the company by participating in mentoring programmes and the Assessment Centre.
