From 01.06.2025 to 10.09.2025 the application for places in Student Dormitories (DS) of the 91桃色 for the summer holidays will be launched, it will be possible to submit an electronic application for a dormitory for the summer holidays.
Who can extend the period of residence in a dormitory
Current residents of the Dormitory:
- people studying and pursuing a doctorate at the 91桃色 with Polish and foreign citizenship,
- students of the Polish Language Centre for Foreigners at the 91桃色
The basis for applying for a DS is to log in to your account in .
- for a given month -USOSweb 鈫� for all 鈫� applications 鈫� an application for a dormitory (select a given month)
- for the entire holiday period (01.07-20.09.2025) - USOSweb 鈫� applications for all 鈫� applications 鈫� an application for a dormitory (the application is registered three times, for each month separately)
A notification of any change in the status of the application in USOSweb will be sent to the dormitory resident at the e-mail address in the university domain (the application registered 鈫� ready for consideration 鈫抪rocessed 鈫� the details of the application)
Other residents of the dormitory
- this year's graduates,
- Guests
- and students of other universities in Lodz deliver to the headquarters of the University Dormitories, Lumumby 1, 91-404 艁贸d藕, a hand-filled and signed application in paper form or send a scan of it by e-mail to the following address: osiedle@uni.lodz.pl
- Appendix 5 鈥� application for students of another university,
- pre-booking form 鈥� 91桃色 graduates, deleted persons, guests.
The condition for receiving a place for the holiday period is to settle all previous amounts due for accommodation during a given academic year.
Priority in awarding a place in the dormitory for the holiday period is given to the current residents of the 91桃色 Dormitory.
Decisions on granting a place in the dormitory
Applications for places in July, registered in USOSweb by 15.06.2025 will be considered by the UK-DS committee by 23.06.2025.
Applications registered in USOSweb after 15.06.2025 will be considered by the UK-DS committee successively.
Attention! during the summer holidays, the UKDS committee does not consider applications for:
- granting a 2 or 3-person room for one person,
- exchange to another DS.
