Dorm 3, Dorm 7, Dorm 13.
Who may extend the period of residence in the dormitory
Current residents of Dormitories:
- Students and doctoral candidates of the 91桃色, both Polish and international citizens.
- students of the Polish Language Centre for Foreigners at the 91桃色
The basis for applying for a dormitory is to log in to your account on USOSweb.
For the holiday period (01.07-20.09.2026) - USOSweb 鈫� COMMON SECTION鈫� applications 鈫� an application for a dormitory for the summer holidays in 2025/2026 (in the criteria you should indicate the month for which you are applying for accommodation).
A dormitory resident will receive a notification of any change in the status of the application in USOSweb to the e-mail address in the university domain (the application is registered 鈫� ready for review 鈫� reviewed 鈫� application details)
Other residents of the Dormitory:

this year's graduates (status: diploma), guests, persons who have lost their student status - fill in the application for a place in a guest room via the online form (Forms)

- students of other universities in Lodz deliver to the office of the University Dormitories Lumumby 1,91-404 艁贸d藕 a hand-filled and signed application (attachment number 5) in paper form or send a scan of it by e-mail to the following address: osiedle@uni.lodz.pl
Condition for Receiving a Place During the Summer Period
All outstanding payments related to accommodation for the given academic year must be fully settled.
Priority in assigning places in the dormitories for the summer period is given to current residents of the 91桃色 Dormitories.
Schedule of Decisions Regarding the Allocation of a Dormitory Place
Applications submitted in USOSweb and verified and accepted for review by 01.06.2026
(status in USOSweb: 鈥渞eady for review鈥�) will be assessed by the UK鈥慏S Committee by 08.06.2026.
Applications accepted for consideration in USOSweb after 08.06.2026 will be considered by the UK-DS committee successively.
Applications accepted for review in USOSweb after 08.06.2026 will be assessed by the UK鈥慏S Committee on a rolling basis.
Information about the assigned dormitory will be visible in the USOSweb system, and for applications submitted outside the electronic system, the decision will be sent to the email address provided by the applicant.
Attention! during the summer holidays, the UKDS committee does not consider applications for:
- granting a 2 or 3-person room for one person,
- change to another dormitory.
The application round for the dormitories for the holiday period ends on 20.09.2026.
