The Coordination & Capacity Kick-off competition is financed through the European Economic Area (EEA) Funds 2021-2028, provided by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
The aim of the competition is to foster international scientific cooperation, build research partnerships and jointly develop concepts for interdisciplinary projects involving researchers from Poland and the donor countries. The awarded funding will support in-person research meetings, the exchange of experience, as well as the development of concepts for future scientific initiatives.
Importantly, the initiative also serves as a preparatory stage for the LANGSPIL competition, which supports international, interdisciplinary research projects.
The funding contributes to the overarching objective of the EEA Funds: working together for a green, democratic and resilient Europe.
