The composer will be accompanied on stage by: Konrad Boni艅ski (trumpet), Katarzyna Kling (piano), Adam Kamieniecki (baritone), Klaudia Kosik (soprano), Lena Nowakowska (harpsichord) and Anna Werecka-Gry膰 (mezzo-soprano).
The audience will hear, among others: the song Ten kot nie lubi to words by Halina Po艣wiatowska, the songs 碍蝉颈臋偶测肠 and 艁锄测 to words by Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska, the song Na pi臋kno艣膰 Narcyssa uciekaj膮cego od mi艂o艣ci Nimfy Echo nazwane to words by El偶bieta Dru偶backa, as well as two piano miniatures: From point to point and Never-Ending.
The protagonist of the evening 鈥 Dorota Brolik-Bekrycht 鈥 is a graduate of the Gra偶yna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Lodz. She has been employed at her alma mater since 1994. Currently, she teaches at the Faculty of Performing Arts. From the very beginning of her professional career, chamber music and collaboration with vocalists have remained at the core of her interests. She has repeatedly accompanied students in vocal competitions, receiving distinctions for her work as an accompanist. She has recorded programmes for radio and TVP 艁贸d藕. She is the originator and performer of numerous original artistic projects, including the concert series: Klasycznie i nie tylko, Muzyka na 2 i 3 g艂osy and Spotkania z muzyk膮. In 2017, she released her original album 鈥溾tworzona, by tworzy膰鈥. Her subsequent publications include Pie艣ni i my艣li (2019) and Wokalizy pomoniuszkowskie na g艂os lub flet, lub klarnet i fortepian (2020).
Vocal lyric poetry constitutes a particular area of the pianist鈥檚 interest. She analyses songs in terms of their structure, expression and the interdependence of performance parts. In 2023, the world premiere of her chamber opera Aletheia 鈥 Dzieci chaosu took place, composed for two pianos with computer processing, soloists and dancers.
