Important: Make sure to sign up in the IRK system by using an email that you have the access to.
Fill in the required information in the IRK system, such as: personal details, address and contact information, education, and information about your status in Poland, which will determine your tuition conditions.
Upload a photo to the IRK system that meets .
This photo will be used for your student ID. Photos will be reviewed and accepted after you submit your documents in the second half of August. Until then, their status will not change. The photo status does not affect your ability to register or the outcome of the admission process.

Upload all the required documents in the IRK platform that were mentioned previously in Step 3.
Sign up for the study programme you鈥檝e chosen. After clicking the 鈥极蹿蹿别谤鈥 tab, you will see the programmes available at the 91桃色. Select the programme or programmes you want to apply for and click the 鈥楽ign up鈥 button. You can also use filters to find study offers easier.
Pay the application fee (85 PLN) for the programme that you are interested in.
Important: the 85 PLN fee applies per study programme. If you decide to apply for more than one programme, you鈥檒l need to pay an additional application fee for each extra programme you choose.
Take part in the entrance exam, which will be held online.
Important: International candidates applying for first-cycle (Bachelor鈥檚) studies who obtained their secondary school diploma outside the EU, OECD or EFTA, as well as those who do not hold an IB/EB diploma or a document recognized under an international agreement (e.g. Ukraine, China), are required to take an entrance exam.
Admission Centre will inform you about the details via a message in the IRK system no later than the day before the exams begin. Remember to regularly check the messages sent in IRK.
Check the results of your admission, by frequently checking the IRK platform.
If your status on the IRK platform is going to be marked as 鈥楢诲尘颈迟迟别诲鈥, you can now pay the tuition fee for your studies. If you are going to need an invoice for the bank, please send a message in the IRK platform.
After paying for your studies, attach the proof of payment in the IRK platform.
To officially enrol, submit the original documents (that are listed here) via post or personal delivery. Without completing it before the deadline specified in the schedule, you will NOT be accepted for studies.
A candidate who is undertaking studies under the Banach scholarship programme or without paying tuition fees must upload to the IRK system the decision issued by the Director of NAWA or another authorised institution confirming their entitlement to undertake full鈥憈ime studies in Polish free of charge.
Candidates who do not receive such a referral must either pay the tuition fees themselves or submit a written resignation from undertaking the studies.
Make sure that the proof of payment is attached in the IRK platform. Without attaching the proof of payment, you will not receive the Acceptance Letter.
Remember: Please be patient, because the payment for studies doesn鈥檛 show up immediately in the UniLodz bank account (especially if it is an international transfer). Only after receiving your proof of payment in the IRK platform and seeing the payment in the bank system will we prepare your Acceptance Letter.
Important: As a university, we cannot assist in booking the appointments. Each candidate is responsible for booking their own appointment and arranging all the necessary documentation required for visa purposes.
After successfully obtaining a visa, leave a message in the IRK platform and inform us when you are going to arrive.
Once you arrive, visit the Admission Centre and deliver for inspection: your passport with visa and valid insurance.
If you are a candidate who is under 18 upon enrolment, make sure to bring a parent/guardian consent to undertake studies.

It's time to upload your documents in the IRK system (the online admission portal). But鈥 where should you start? Below is a list of documents that must be uploaded to the IRK system.

Copies/scans of the foregoing documents are allowed, since students need to bring/send the original documents after being admitted to the university.
Make sure to attach the Transcript of Records with a list of grades, because the 91桃色 will calculate points based on your Transcript.
The results from a foreign certificate of full secondary education (high school leaving certificate/attestat/svidoctvo/other) are treated as basiclevel results, while scores obtained in national examinations (CT/MT/EGE/ENT/SAT/other) are considered advancedlevel results. The absence of national examination results does not disqualify the candidate but awards points only at the basic level.
If the documents are issued in a foreign language, they need to be translated into English during the admission if Polish translation is unavailable in the candidate鈥檚 home country. Please bear in mind that certificates/diplomas will have to be translated by a sworn translator into Polish after coming to Poland due to Polish law鈥檚 requirement.鈥

Important: Please apply for recognition as soon as possible because it might take up to 60 days to receive a recognition, which is why we highly encourage you to apply well in advance.
Additionally, this obligation does not apply to鈥痗andidates whose school certificate/diploma can be recognized as equivalent to the corresponding Polish certificate based on an international agreement (EU, EEA, OECD countries, Ukraine, China - in terms of certificates.
If you have Recognition issued by the Polish Kurator O艣wiaty (the Education Superintendent) that is also acceptable.
To apply for study programmes in English as a candidate you are required to attach an English Language Certificate document which will confirm that your English language is at proficiency at a level no lower than B2.

The Application Form is possible to download as a PDF, when your application has got a鈥鈥楢诲尘颈迟迟别诲/蚕耻补濒颈蹿颈别诲鈥鈥痵tatus. To download this document, make sure that all the information in the Personal Forms section is provided correctly, and the photograph is accepted.
A photo with a minimum resolution of 500x625 pixels and a maximum size of 5 MB should be taken: face (in front), without a hat, on a light background ().
Please be aware that the photo that you submit in the IRK platform will be used for the student ID.鈥
Important: When you are going to download the Application Form in the PDF format, the photo that you submitted will not be visible. Which is why you must remember to have a printed photo for the printed Application Form. The printed photo will have to be attached to the printed Application Form. Make sure that the printed photo is the exact same photo that you uploaded in the IRK platform.
