Current research interests are focused on the sustainable development of enterprises, with particular emphasis on corporate sustainability strategies and the impact of corporate sustainability performance on corporate financial performance.
Earlier theoretical and empirical studies examined the processes of ownership transformation in state-owned enterprises, with special attention paid to employee-owned companies established as a result of giving a state-owned enterprise for the use against payment under the direct privatization scheme .
