As part of the Centre for Organising Cultural Events and Conferences of the University of 艁贸d藕 (COWKiK):

1. I manage the facilities of the Training and Conference Centre of the University of 艁贸d藕 at 26 / Rogowska Street 35 and Kopci艅skiego Street 16/18

2. I organize and supervise the work of employees.

3. I establish the principles of internal organization, procedures, regulations, etc. applicable at the facilities.

4. I prepare premises and land rental agreements.

5. I regularly monitor the condition of the facilities and grounds.

6. I participate in the preparation and supervision of large events: conferences, outdoor events.

7. I conduct HR and personnel activities related to the employees employed in the unit.

8. I conduct financial settlements, statistics, prepare statements, reports, etc. regarding the facility.

9. I settle and issue financial documents in the systems.

10. I perform office activities.

11. I provide the unit with the necessary items
