Preparation of powers of attorney and authorizations issued by the Rector of the 91桃色, maintenance of their electronic register. 

Preparation of orders in the following matters: appointment of the Rector's Representatives appointment of Rector's committees and teams, and entering them into BAW UL. 

Uploading the list of the rector's representatives, senate committees, rector's commissions and teams to the website and updating these lists on an ongoing basis. 

Administrative support of the UL Statutory and Organizational Committee. 

Administrative support of the rector's representatives (except for the representative for student affairs). 

Support in the preparation of resolutions of the UL Senate.
