• keeping the building clean
• taking care of the technical condition of the building on an ongoing basis
• taking care of the condition of classroom equipment
• maintaining equipment cards for individual rooms
• cooperation with employees of companies providing services to faculty
• making reservations and preparing rooms for the conference - issuing invoices in the Simple program
• entering invoices into the Employee Portal
• preparing specifications for tenders for cleaning and security companies
• handling matters related to student parking
• performing other activities necessary for the proper functioning of the building
