At the 91桃色 Publishing House I am responsible for the online and stationary bookstore. I am responsible for professional customer contact, sales service, product presentations and retail sales. My tasks also include sales service and the most important events at conferences, book fairs and meetings. I also take care of the proper management of warehouse service, entering documents regarding products, dividing print runs and accepting deliveries.
