Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual educational consultations to assess the challenges, needs, and capabilities of students and doctoral candidates with disabilities and special educational needs.

Develop and provide recommendations for academic staff regarding reasonable adjustments to teaching methods, assessment formats, and examination conditions.

Inform students and PhD candidates about available university support services and accessibility resources.

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented accommodations and support measures, and recommend modifications when necessary.

Coordinate a range of support services, including teaching assistants, psychological support, speech and language therapy, psychiatric assistance, adapted learning materials, and foreign language tutoring.

Promote equal access to education and inclusive learning practices through information campaigns, educational initiatives, staff training sessions, workshops, and psychoeducational activities.

Advise academic staff on appropriate support strategies for students with disabilities and special educational needs.

Facilitate support groups and provide individual consultations focused on emotional well-being and psychological first aid for undergraduate and doctoral students.

Participate in university and external events related to disability inclusion, accessibility, diversity, and equal opportunities.
