Performing administrative and office work in the scope of:

• maintaining cleanliness in the building - preparing reports on the cleaned area
• taking care of the proper technical condition of the facility
• taking care of the current equipment of teaching rooms
• keeping records of equipment and furniture for rooms and teaching rooms
• issuing cards in the BDO system
• keeping reservations and preparing rooms for the needs of conducting conferences - preparing draft contracts and issuing VAT invoices in the SIMPLE program
• entering invoices into the Employee Portal
• preparing specifications of conditions for tenders for cleaning and security companies
• performing other activities necessary for the proper functioning of the building
