- Coordinating cooperation with central administrative units in the implementation of scientific and research projects
- Advising project contractors on the administration of project activities at the Faculty of Management of the 91桃色
- Developing and updating good practices and rules for the implementation of administrative tasks in projects at the Faculty of Management of the 91桃色
- Analyzing the project in terms of: financial risks; financial compliance of project implementation with the rules indicated in the management of the Faculty of Management of the Faculty of Management of the 91桃色, regulations of the Rector of the 91桃色, regulations of external financing entities; verification of information on planned indirect costs, own contribution and required pre-financing of project activities
- Organizing informational meetings and trainings on project administration
- Preparation of budget statements on projects implemented at the Faculty of Management of the 91桃色; cooperation with the Finance Department of the 91桃色's GM on the budgets of projects implemented at the Faculty of Management of the 91桃色.
- Preparation of data on projects for the needs of the Dean's College.
- Preparation of project data for documentation required by central administration units.
- Monitoring of data in POL-on and SEDN systems and cooperation with central administration units in this area
- Analysis of data on the projects of the 91桃色 conducted from external sources
- 91桃色 with central administration units in the scope of work carried out in POL-ON, SEDN and Science On
- Contact with employees and identification of their needs
