Assistant Professor, Department of Human Resource Management
Researcher and academic teacher working within the field of humanistic management. Her research focuses on the epistemology and aesthetics of knowledge production in higher education institutions as well as in cultural institutions and the creative industries, understood as organizations that produce meaning, norms, and socially recognized standards of credibility.
Her academic interests also include the role of organizational culture and institutional identity in shaping well-being, professional ethos, and the quality of collaboration in public organizations and creative environments.
Responsibilities at the position include designing and conducting research projects, including case studies and cultural鈥搉arrative analyses of organizations, teaching activities conducted in both Polish and English, as well as organizational and expert collaboration.

Biography
Doctor of Humanities in the discipline of management sciences. Her work is situated at the intersection of humanistic management, cultural studies, and epistemological reflection on how institutions produce knowledge and meaning. A particular focus of her research is placed on the higher education sector, cultural institutions, and the creative industries 鈥 analyzed as environments in which organizational practices intertwine with values, narratives, and technologies (including AI tools).
Education and Academic Formation
PhD in management sciences obtained at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University under the supervision of Prof. Bogus艂aw Nierenberg.
Graduate of an Executive MBA program and postgraduate studies in Cultural Management at the Institute of Culture of the Jagiellonian University. She also holds degrees in Creative and Media Education and European Studies.
She further expanded her education in the field of Management and completed full-time doctoral studies in Cultural and Media Management at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University.
European Experience
She conducted research projects on organizational culture and strategies in the audiovisual sector within European institutions:
In Brussels 鈥 within the structures of the European Parliament and selected Directorates-General of the European Commission.
In Strasbourg 鈥 at the Council of Europe and the European Audiovisual Observatory.
Member of Europa Nostra 鈥 a European civic movement dedicated to protecting and promoting cultural heritage as a resource for a sustainable Europe.
AP University of Applied Sciences and Arts Antwerp 鈥 teaching and research internship within the Erasmus+ program.
Universit茅 Sorbonne Paris Nord 鈥 academic mobility within the Erasmus+ program.
Teaching Experience
She teaches courses and seminars in the areas of culture and organizational identity, communication, HRM, critical thinking, and competency development. Previously, she conducted academic teaching for many years within the university environment, combining a management perspective with the analysis of public policies and media systems.
At the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University she taught courses including: media studies, cultural policy of European Union member states, EU media policy, EU media strategy, media organization strategy, media management 鈥 case studies, fundamentals of management, types and structures of media markets, and academic seminars.
At the Social Academy of Sciences (SAN) 鈥 London Branch she lectured courses such as: Intercultural Management, Organizational Culture, and Knowledge of Culture. At SAN campuses in 艁贸d藕 and Warsaw she taught: Intercultural Management, Organizational Culture, Knowledge of Culture, Culture and Society, Corporate Social Responsibility, Employer Branding, Public Relations, Personal Branding, Change and Organizational Development Management, Modern Marketing Concepts, Fundamentals of Management, Intercultural Aspects of Management, Public Management, and academic seminars.
She also has teaching experience in the course Management in the European Union Creative Sector for Media Management students from New York University and has supervised approximately 100 master鈥檚 and bachelor鈥檚 theses across several universities.
She conducted classes for doctoral students in qualitative research methods.
Media and Cultural Sector Experience
Author of interviews and reports on cultural events for the morning broadcast of Polish Radio Program 2.
Producer and host of the cultural program Rewiry Kultury on Polish Radio Opole, for which she received the Marshal of the Opole Voivodeship Award for Cultural Animation.
Author of radio documentaries and numerous interviews with writers, film directors, visual artists, and scholars.
Member of the journalists鈥 jury of the National Theatre Confrontations 鈥淜lasyka Polska.鈥
Experience as a host of cultural events: symphonic concerts, anniversary galas, theatre galas, author meetings with writers and filmmakers, and collaboration with cultural institutions.

Cultural institutions as organizations: curators, communication strategies, and publishing strategies,
Creative industries and the audiovisual sector (including the perspective of EU institutions),
Intercultural management and European institutional environments,
Sustainable development of public organizations and universities; workplace well-being and organizational culture as a source of stressors and resources,
Digital narratives, crisis communication, and reputation building,
Humanistic approaches to artificial intelligence in research and organizational practices.
Selected Achievements
Author of a scholarly monograph devoted to organizational culture and intercultural aspects of management in the EU audiovisual sector.
Principal investigator and initiator of research projects carried out in European institutions (including field research and analyses of audiovisual strategies and organizational culture). Head of a research project analyzing knowledge production in a museum institution (case study in 艁贸d藕).
Teaching experience including courses in management, organizational culture, intercultural management, HRM, and critical thinking (also taught in English).
Reviewer and editorial activity; peer reviewer for Elsevier, Cogent Business & Management, Journal of Intercultural Management, and Przedsi臋biorczo艣膰 i Zarz膮dzanie.
Long-standing activity at the intersection of academia, culture, and media (including hundreds of interviews and journalistic work), strengthening competencies in science communication and public engagement.
