I supervise the proper functioning of the Centre for Organising of Cultural Events and Conferences (COWKiK) in the sphere of organisation and coordination of cultural events based on arts and science and the organisation of conferences at the university

I make key decisions related to the functioning of the COWKiK and its facilities for the purposes of its activities

I supervise events, conferences, undertakings, rental of accommodation in the Centre's facilities

I supervise activities aimed at strengthening and developing the physical, cognitive and mental potential of persons benefiting from various forms of leisure or social activation at the Senior Citizens' Centre at the University of 艁贸d藕

I manage, organise the work of the team / subordinate units in such a way as to ensure full performance of tasks

I set out the tasks and directions of development of the COWKiK

I draw up rules, financial policies and procedures for the Centre (e.g. internal regulations, cost calculations, space rental calculations, etc.)

I carry out activities aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the use of buildings subordinate to COWKiK

I cooperate in the realisation of COWKiK's tasks with the faculties and units of the University of 艁贸d藕 and entities from outside the University of 艁贸d藕

I supervise cooperation with partners and establish contacts with institutions, social organisations, companies, etc. within the scope of the unit's activities
