Formal and Financial Administration of Projects, including:

• Providing support for projects independently implemented by the organizational units of the University of 艁贸d藕.
• Managing the financial administration of projects, including document workflow in the PP system, initiating payment requests, preparing financial documents (DFIN), and related administrative processes.
• Analyzing project costs and revenues for reporting purposes required by relevant funding institutions.
• Verifying project-related documentation, including invoices, invoice descriptions, and supporting documents.
• Coordinating the preparation of project reports, obtaining the required approvals and signatures from the University authorities, and submitting completed documentation to the relevant institutions.
• Preparing comprehensive project documentation for audits and ensuring its subsequent archiving within the Accounting Centre.

Currently responsible for projects funded under the following programmes:

• NPRH (National Programme for the Development of Humanities)
• WFO艢iGW (Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management)
• Structural Funds
• FERS (European Funds for Social Development)
• FENG (European Funds for a Modern Economy)
• NCBiR (National Centre for Research and Development)
