Research duties include, in particular: conducting and participating in scientific research and development work; publishing scientific research results; participating in scientific conferences and seminars.

Teaching duties include, in particular: educating scientific staff and supervising their development; preparing reviews in habilitation and doctoral proceedings; improving one's own professional qualifications; conducting classes and developing teaching materials; conducting exams and assessments, including diploma exams; conducting and reviewing diploma theses.

Organizational duties include, in particular: working in collegial bodies of the University and in faculty, senate, and rector's committees; participating in habilitation and doctoral committees; performing duties assigned by superiors; organizing conferences, seminars, and other forms of academic activity; supporting the activities of the Polish Scientific Network for Labor Law and Social Security COOPERANTE.
