This is the tenth medal of the Polish Championships in a row, and the ninth gold medal. The inhabitants of 艁贸d藕 confirmed their dominance in this competition, ahead of the second pair from Jaworzno by nearly 50 points (the contenders received 592 points for their performance).
The Polish Championships have selected the composition of the Polish Team for the upcoming European Championships, which will be held in Pod膷etrtek in Slovenia.
The tournament will be attended by a total of 8 Polish pairs (seniors and juniors) starting in all five forms of Judo Kata, and the contenders from AZS 艁贸d藕 will be an important part of it.
Anna Jagie艂艂o and Leszek Pi膮stka took a high 6th place at the European Championships last year. They also have a bronze medal at the European Championships which they won in Warsaw in 2021, as well as the 4th place at the World Championships won in Lisbon in 2021.
