During the meeting, we discussed career paths in diplomacy, the required competencies, the diplomatic and consular training application process, as well as the challenges associated with representing Poland abroad. The Ambassador enriched his talk with numerous examples from his own service, demonstrating what diplomacy looks like from the inside.
We were also delighted by the active participation of attendees, who inundated our guest with questions and engaged in an exceptionally inspiring discussion. This clearly shows the strong interest in foreign policy and diplomatic service among students of the Faculty of International and Political Studies and members of the Young Diplomats Forum in Lodz.
