Imagine you are inside a former factory. What do you see? A vacant space waiting for investors? A place of collective memory for the workers who spent their lives here? An opportunity for new living space, for culture, for community? Or a conflict – about who actually owns the city and who decides its future?
The answer depends on who you ask. And that's exactly why we need many perspectives.
In our , you will discuss with international experts, visit Berlin's industrial landmarks, take part in creative workshops and work together in interdisciplinary teams.
We welcome students of history, museum studies, sustainability studies, cultural management, heritage conservation, architecture, urban planning and related disciplines. Students of other fields are warmly encouraged to apply as well.
