The Council was established by the . It plays an advisory role at the 91ÌÒÉ«. The aim of the Council is to develop good practices that respond to contemporary challenges related to environmental and climate protection. The Council's activities are closely related to the implementation of the principles of sustainable development at our university.
Members of the Council include:
- representatives of the 91ÌÒÉ« faculties,
- representatives of the 91ÌÒÉ« organisational units,
- environmental and climate experts,
- representatives of the 91ÌÒÉ« Students' Government Council and the 91ÌÒÉ« Doctoral Students' Government Council.

The Secretariat of the Council is run by the University's Centre for External Relations and Social Responsibility of the University.
