Since December 2024, the management board of the 艁贸d藕 Branch of the Society has included four scholars affiliated with the Faculty of Philology at the 91桃色: dr hab. Ewa Ciszewska, Associate Professor at the 91桃色 (President), dr hab. Jakub Gortat, Associate Professor at the 91桃色 (Vice-President), Dr Olga Weso艂owska (Secretary), and mgr Tomasz Poborca (Treasurer).
The Polish Society for Film and Media Studies is an organisation bringing together researchers working in the fields of film, media and audiovisual culture. Its mission is to support the development of research, foster integration within the academic community and promote knowledge of film and media.
A Busy Year!

In the upcoming academic year, the 艁贸d藕 Branch of the Polish Society for Film and Media Studies intends to continue its in-person meeting format as a space for discussion of planned doctoral dissertations, postdoctoral projects, books, articles and other research initiatives.
