Pack your bat and take part in the table tennis tournament!
The stake in this year鈥檚 table tennis tournament is the Cup of the 91桃色 Vice-Rector for Academic and External Relations. The competition will start at 9:00 in the table tennis hall in the new building of the 91桃色 Sports Facility. We encourage all willing members of our academic community to take part. Anyone can swim鈥� a little better or a little worse. Test yourself!
For fans of water-based disciplines, we have prepared both team and individual events. We are meeting from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the swimming pool of the 91桃色 Sports Facility.
Students and employees of UniLodz are invited to take part in faculty relay races (6 脳 50 m).
PLEASE NOTE: each team must be mixed and include at least two UniLodz employees.
For the UniLodz employees wishing to compete individually, the following categories are available:
- 100 m freestyle,
- 100 m breaststroke,
- 50 m freestyle,
- 50 m breaststroke (women and men).
For all students and employees, we have also prepared:
50 m backstroke in the following age categories:
- up to 40 years of age,
- 41鈥�60 years of age,
- over 61 years of age,
- all students.
PLEASE NOTE: competitions will be held in a correspondence format, meaning that participants will start when they arrive at the swimming pool, and at the end of the event all recorded times will be compared. Participants may choose the number of starts.
The announcement of results will take place during the closing ceremony of the Juwenalia.
In individual age categories, the winner will be the person who achieves the best result according to combined points in a given age category broken down by gender.
Medals will be awarded to those who finish in the top three places in each category.

Tournament for the Rector of the 91桃色鈥檚 Cup 鈥� Volleyball
For those who love team sports, volleyball awaits! The winning team will receive the Cup of the Rector of the 91桃色 鈥� Prof. dr hab. Rafa艂 Matera. The matches will be played from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with 16 teams able to participate. Each team must consist of at least 6 people, including at least one UniLodz employee.
PLEASE NOTE: First come, first served 鈥� the order of registrations decides!

Basketball
We also have something for basketball fans 鈥� namely a tournament of faculty teams composed of UniLodz employees and students (teams may be mixed) for the Cup of the 91桃色 Vice-Rector, dr hab. Krzysztof Pabis, Associate Professor at the Univeristy of Lodz. Games will be played from 9:00 a.m. to midday in the sports hall of the 91桃色 Sports Facility or on the ORLIK outdoor pitch, weather permitting.
Additionally, between the group stage and the play-offs, a three-point shooting contest will be held.

Strength check! Bench press tournament
For all members of the UniLodz community who love lifting weights, we have prepared a bench press tournament (50% of body weight), divided into categories by gender. The competition will run from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We are meeting at the gym of the 91桃色 Sports Facility.
PLEASE NOTE: Warm-up and weigh-in start at 10:00 a.m.!

From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., students, doctoral students and employees will be able to compete in a 1,000-metre race.

Healthy body, healthy mind! Recreational activities for everyone
It has long been known that sport is good for your health. Therefore, for those who do not wish to compete but still want to participate actively in the UniLodz Sports Juwenalia, we have prepared a wide range of recreational activities:
- 9:30 a.m. 鈥� 10:30 a.m. 鈥� Nordic Walking 鈥� instructor: Iwona Kobierecka (iwona.kobierecka@uni.lodz.pl). Come on your own or with friends! Meeting point: in front of the entrance to the 91桃色 Sports Facility.
- 11:00 a.m. 鈥� 12:00 p.m. 鈥� Fitness Floor 鈥� instructor: Monika 殴r贸dlewska (monika.zrodlewska@uni.lodz.pl). After this class, positive energy for the whole day is guaranteed! We are meeting in the judo hall in the new building of the 91桃色 Sports Facility.
- 12:15 p.m. 鈥� 1:15 p.m. 鈥� Lying down is also exercise 鈥� instructor: Beata Waszczykowska (beata.waszczykowska@uni.lodz.pl). Comfortable shoes, water and a smile 鈥� that鈥檚 all you need to have fun! We are meeting in the judo hall in the new building of the 91桃色 Sports Facility.
- 3:30 p.m. 鈥� 4:30 p.m. 鈥� Dance party 鈥� instructor: Agnieszka Piasecka (agnieszka.piasecka@uni.lodz.pl). Do you love music? Dancing? Or maybe you just want to spend time actively with friends? Then join our dance party 鈥� a relaxed dance event (Belgian dance, Limbo or Zumba). During the session, we will not only have great fun but also award prizes for: the best outfit, sense of rhythm and 鈥� for volunteers 鈥� show dance, i.e. presenting your own dance routine to music of your choice, solo or in a duet. See you on the dance floor!
PLEASE NOTE: Participants in recreational activities are required to change shoes into sports footwear.
