A study visit to Portugal, organised from 14 to 19 September 2026 as part of the 鈥溑伱砫zkie dla biznesu鈥� initiative, dedicated to the medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors was another example of these efforts. The Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection, 91桃色 was represented by Prof. dr hab. Edyta Reszka, Ambassador for 91桃色 with the Socio-Economic Environment.
During the meetings, our Ambassador presented the faculty鈥檚 potential, including its research activities and projects, unique research infrastructure, as well as opportunities for cooperation in education and skills development. At the same time, she sought partners interested in joint projects, research initiatives and other forms of cooperation in the field of Life Sciences.
The programme included meetings with the PAIH Foreign Trade Office in Lisbon, AICEP and the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Portugal, a visit to the Champalimaud Clinical Centre, as well as meetings at science and technology parks and Life Sciences centres, including Taguspark and the Health and Life Sciences Cluster in Cantanhede. An important part of the visit also involved direct business meetings and networking events.
The Established Contacts Will Not Remain Exclusively Within the Ambassador Network.
The most promising cooperation opportunities will be presented to the Faculty Council so that staff members and doctoral students of the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection can become involved in the ongoing discussions and develop them further through joint research projects, services, technology transfer activities, educational cooperation, or implementation doctorates.
We promote the faculty鈥檚 potential, open doors to new partnerships and then pass these opportunities on to our teams.
