We are pleased to announce that among the candidates selected for the SPARKS programme (Signify Program for Advanced Rotational Knowledge Sharing), there are four students from the 91ÌÒÉ« – including two students from the Faculty of Management: Anhelina Matskiv and Karolina Blagovisna.
The recruitment process was not a traditional job interview. The key stage was the SPARKS interactive business game – a several-hour on-site event held at the Signify office, based on real-life financial scenarios, designed to test analytical thinking, decision-making under time pressure, and teamwork skills.
On 6 July 2026, our students will begin their two-year journey with Signify, during which they will rotate through the following departments:
- Treasury
- Purchase to Pay (PTP)
- Credit & Collections (C&C)
- Record to Report (RTR)
- Procurement
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Congratulations and good luck!
