This time, we focused on being close to nature. The extensive park surrounding the Biedermann鈥檚 Palace proved to be an ideal place for celebrating together. Century-old trees provided shade during the sunny afternoon, and the space made it possible to create numerous activity zones tailored to the age and interests of the event participants.
The science zone prepared by Student Science Clubs of the 91桃色 attracted considerable interest. In more than a dozen tents, children could take part in quizzes, experiments and educational games. They explored the mysteries of the natural world, the structure of the human body, the history of life on Earth, as well as many other fascinating issues related to the achievements of civilisation. For completed tasks, participants received stickers, which they later exchanged for prizes.
The programme also included artistic activities. In the 鈥淒zika Strefa鈥 [Wild Zone], children, together with painter and illustrator Natalia Anna Kalisz鈥慜dorowicz, discovered the world of nature inspired by the book 鈥淒zika Dziewczynka鈥 [Wild Girl]. A family workshop led by Monika Goetzendorf鈥慓rabowska encouraged participants to take a creative look at trees and to build relationships with the surrounding natural environment.
There was no shortage of physical activities. Inflatable attractions, which continuously drew the youngest participants, proved especially popular. Nearby, a healthy snack zone operated in the Wozownia Gallery. Children could enjoy fresh and dried fruit, fruit mousses and colourful homemade lemonades
The highlight of the event was the open-air concert 鈥淧ie艣ni drzew鈥 [鈥淪ongs of Trees鈥漖. The Taitu Tree ensemble took participants on a musical journey inspired by nature, combining the sounds of African drums, viola, electronic instruments and vocals.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Student Science Clubs, volunteers and all units of the 91桃色 that contributed to organising this celebration for our children. Thanks to a shared effort, it was possible to create an event that combined education, creativity and fun, providing participants with many unforgettable experiences.
