The Representative's responsibilities include:

• supervising the operation of doctoral schools and cooperating with their directors,
• monitoring the quality of education and supervisory support,
• coordinating admissions to doctoral schools,
• overseeing budgets allocated for scholarships, projects and organisational activities,
• initiating changes to regulations concerning the education of doctoral candidates,
• cooperating with the Doctoral School Councils and the UniLodz Doctoral Students’ Government.
   

This role supports the development of the UniLodz doctoral community, enhances the transparency of activities, and facilitates communication between units.
