The inauguration of the academic year 2026/2027 will open with an address by Prof. Milenia Fiedler, Rector of the Lodz Film School. During the ceremony, the 艁贸dzkie Eureka statuettes will be presented.
The inaugural lecture, entitled "Mo偶liwe 鈥� niemo偶liwe. Droga artysty鈥� [Possible 鈥� Impossible. The Artist鈥檚 Journey], will be delivered by Prof. Zygmunt Krauze, an outstanding composer and pianist, honorary doctor of the National University of Music in Bucharest and the Academy of Music in Lodz. The speaker will introduce participants to his concept of unistic music, inspired by the work of W艂adys艂aw Strzemi艅ski.
The joint ceremony will conclude with a screening of the student film "Tytu艂 si臋 jeszcze przy艣ni鈥� [The Title Will Come in a Dream] (2025), directed by Klaudia Fortuniak, a student of the Lodz Film School. The film was produced under the artistic supervision of Jan Komasa.
We particularly invite members of the Senate of the 91桃色, students, doctoral school participants, members of the University Council, directors of doctoral schools, and the Rector鈥檚 Representatives of the 91桃色 to attend the ceremony.
