What you need to apply

To submit an application via MOS, you will need to create a trusted profile (profil zaufany).

More information is available at: TRUSTED PROFILE.

In your application, please provide the following email address for the 91ÌÒÉ«: mos@uni.lodz.pl. This inbox has been created specifically for this purpose. Providing a different email address in your application may result in the required documents not reaching us, which could significantly delay the process.

Apply early – recommended timeline

As the system is still being implemented and the university-issued documents will also require electronic signatures, we strongly recommend submitting your application well in advance – at least two months before the expiration of your legal stay in Poland (visa, residence card, etc.).
