As part of the training programme, participants developed their soft skills, including coping with difficult or conflict situations in the workplace, setting boundaries and collaborating effectively across generations, taking into account different needs and working styles. The Staff Week programme also attracted a significant number of administrative staff from the 91桃色, further supporting the development of new professional relationships.
International guests had the opportunity to meet with colleagues from central units with similar responsibilities and exchange professional experiences. Through job shadowing, participants were also able to gain inspiration from solutions implemented at the 91桃色. A walk along Piotrkowska Street, retracing the footsteps of industrialists, served as a networking and integration activity. The event was organised as part of the "We are UNIC!" project.
