The

Department's task is conducting scientific and didactic activities and training

of scientific staff in accordance with the rules set out by the relevant board

for science. The scientific research of the Department's employees focuses on

broadly understood civil proceedings, including process, non-contentious,

enforcement, bankruptcy, arbitration proceedings and proceedings for secure

claims. Research on the institutions of civil procedure at the axiological

level is being particularly intensively developed. For this purpose, the Center

for Research on the Axiology of Civil Procedures was established at the

Department in 2019.
