As part of my teaching duties, I am involved in:

• delivering lectures, classes, tutorials and seminars to students enrolled in degree and postgraduate programmes, including both weekday and weekend-based courses;
• conducting examinations and other forms of assessment;
• supervising and reviewing bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 theses;
• supervising final projects completed as part of postgraduate programmes.

Research activities

My research interests include:

• legal aspects of unemployment and the labour market;
• employee liability;
• employee leave entitlements;
• employment protection for persons with disabilities;
• violence and harassment in the workplace;
• the employment of artistic personnel.

Organisational responsibilities

I currently hold the following positions and functions:

• Head of the Postgraduate Programme in Human Resources and Payroll;
• Deputy Head of the Interfaculty Centre for Research on Violence in the Workplace;
• Member of the 91桃色 Anti-Mobbing Committee;
• Member of the Senate of the 91桃色;
• Member of the Faculty Evaluation Committee at the Faculty of Law and Administration, 91桃色;
• Member of the Faculty Programme Committee at the Faculty of Law and Administration, 91桃色;
• Member of the Faculty Council.
