WHAT ARE E-DOR臉CZENIA? 

E-dor臋czenia (e-deliveries) are the electronic equivalent of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Thanks to this service, public bodies, citizens and businesses can benefit from convenient and secure electronic deliveries.  

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO START USING E-DOR臉CZENIA? 

• To use e-dor臋czenia, you need to have a Trusted Profile (how to create a Trusted Profile). 

• You will need to provide an e-mail address and a physical mailing address. 

   

HOW TO CREATE AN E-DOR臉CZENIA MAILBOX STEP-BY-STEP: 

1. Go to  
2. Log in using your Trusted Profile or online banking
3. Click 鈥渮艂贸偶 wniosek鈥� (submit an application)
4. Next you will be asked about Who the e-Delivery address will be set up for. Choose the first option - 鈥渄la siebie鈥� and then 鈥渄la obywatela (osoby fizycznej)鈥� 
5. Click "dalej"
6. Enter your email address and tick the required consent box.
7. Click 鈥渄alej鈥�
8. If you would like another person to have acceess your mailbox, choose 鈥渄odaj kolejnego administratora鈥�, otherwise move on to the next step
9. Click 鈥渄alej鈥� 
10. Click 鈥減odpisz鈥� to sign the application using your trusted profile 
11. Click 鈥渁ktywuj skrzynk臋鈥� to activate your mailbox
12. You will receive an email with a link, click the link in order to activate your mailbox
13. Your e-dor臋czenia mailbox is set up and ready to receive official correspondence 

 

HOW TO SEND A LETTER  THROUGH E-DOR臉CZENIA: 

1. Go to and log in
2. Open the e-dor臋czenia mailbox and click 鈥渘apisz wiadomo艣膰鈥�
3. Input the Lodz Voivodeship鈥檚 Office e-dor臋czenia address AE:PL-15739-54094-JUCFW-24 (or any other public office鈥檚 e-dor臋czenia address) in the recipient field
4. Write a relevant title, f.ex. the name of the department 鈥淲ydzia艂 Spraw Obywatelskich i Cudzoziemc贸w鈥� in the title of the message
5. Write the message
6. Add attachments (if applicable)
7. Click 鈥減odpisz鈥� to sign the message using your Trusted Profile.
