Commitment to the 91桃色 is very meaningful to me. I was already engaged during my studies in scientific associations, student self-government at the level of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the University, disciplinary committees, the Education Quality Committee, the Faculty Council and the Senate of the 91桃色. My work for the 91桃色 resulted in the award of the Universitas Lodziensis Alumno Laude Dignissimo Medal. I am currently active in the doctoral community, both in the Self-Government of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences and the URSD Cultural Integration Team. Creating events and supporting PhD students with their academic plans gives me great delight. I particularly enjoy any opportunity to work with doctoral students coming to Poland from abroad. I carefully seek to listen to their needs and ideas so that they can overcome their difficulties, as they are a valuable part of our community. I would like to be able to continue representing the interests of the doctoral community at the 91桃色 through my activity in the Senate of the 91桃色. I hope that I will be able to use the knowledge gained in this forum to develop the potential of doctoral students at the University, in Poland and internationally.

Dear Doctoral Students,
For almost two years I have been actively working for the benefit of Our environment in the University Council of the Doctoral Student Government. I am the initiator of many events and integration meetings, as well as the originator of specific solutions that have already been implemented.
The most important thing for me is the welfare of doctoral students, and I pay special attention to ensuring that the University Council of Doctoral Student Government creates opportunities to support Our integration, development and living situation.
I have actively helped in the organization of many events aimed at the development of Our competencies, such as the Doctoral Student Workshops, PhD Student Day, Talking Science Competition. I have also conducted many trainings for the doctoral community.
In addition, I am also actively trying to create initiatives of an integrative nature for PhD students. So far, I have organized sports events - the Bowling Tournament and an outing to the Billiard Club, and soon I will also be organizing the eagerly awaited Volleyball Tournament.
I have also been in charge of negotiating with the 91桃色 Authorities to determine the terms and conditions of sports cards and medical packages, as well as additional funds to be allocated annually as part of the U艁 WspU艁rz膮dzimy civic budget project. As part of this budget, I came up with another initiative to foster the integration of doctoral students - the construction of outdoor work and relaxation zones (gazebos with electricity connection, where on warm days we will be able to do doctoral group meetings, study or simply meet and make friends).
I am constantly thinking about organizing initiatives and training courses that can meet the needs of all doctoral students - regardless of the discipline represented.
For the past 2 years, I have also served as a member of the Self-Government of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences, where I co-organized meetings with doctoral students and initiated an initiative to organize walking tours of Lodz for doctoral students who would like to get to know Our City. I would also like to expand this initiative to include people from other doctoral schools and students who communicate in English.
Serving in the above-mentioned roles has allowed me to see many of the problems we face. Starting with the lack of association of Doctoral School students with the Faculties and related problems with employment opportunities, through the often very complex problems in doctoral student-promoter relations, difficulties related to the education itself in a particular doctoral school, problems of foreign doctoral students in integrating with other doctoral students and understanding the specifics of preparing a dissertation in Poland, and many others.
I would like to emphasize that I act for you and I am open to all comments, discussions and assistance to Doctoral Students. I assure you that in the Senate I would like to represent the voice of All of Us and be guided not only by my own experience, but also by your suggestions. I promise to strive courageously for all doctoral issues.
